Tiny

Measure temperature where space is limited. The PyroSigma is just 29 mm long and 31 mm in diameter.

Non-contact

See the temperature of a surface from 0°C to 1000°C (32°F to 1832°F) without touching it. The sensor works by detecting the thermal IR radiation that objects naturally emit due to their own temperature.

Bright Display

View the temperature directly on the sensor itself. The bright OLED display is easy to read, even in the dark.

Configurable

No need for additional configuration dongles or interface modules. The sensor is easy to configure using the built-in push-buttons.

Industry Standard Output

Connect the PyroSigma to your panel display, PLC or controller via a configurable, linear voltage output (selectable 0-5, 1-5 or 0-10 V DC).

Accurate

The PyroSigma provides accuracy of +/- 1.5°C or 1.5%, and repeatability of +/- 0.5°C or 0.5%, for its entire temperature range.

Low Cost

The PyroSigma has the features normally found in expensive pyrometers, but in a very low-cost package. Contact Calex to find out how to order the PyroSigma in your region.
