Scalable Non-contact Temperature Monitoring

PyroMiniBus sensors are designed to measure the surface temperature of non-reflective materials in industrial applications, from -20°C to 1000°C.
Using Modbus RTU communication, multiple PyroMiniBus sensors can be connected on a single network, making it easy to monitor temperature across hundreds of measurement points. Sensors can be connected directly to a Modbus master or expanded into sub-networks using the optional PM180 touchscreen, creating a scalable and cost-effective monitoring solution with a local display.
The PyroMiniBus system including the PM180 can be used for live monitoring or historical data-logging. This is particularly useful for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance applications, such as:
- Cabinet monitoring
- Switchgear
- Busbar monitoring
- Data centres
- Corrugated board manufacturing
- Industrial bakeries
