The given measured spot size contains 90% of the energy detected by the sensor. We normally recommend the target is at least twice as large as the given measured spot for maximum accuracy.
Accuracy specifications are valid up to the maximum distances shown.

The PyroCube G measures glass surface temperatures from 100°C to 2400°C.
Its measurement wavelength of 5 µm provides maximum accuracy when measuring glass. At this wavelength, reflections have the smallest possible effect on the accuracy of the measurement.
PCU-GH models have a fast response time of 10 ms, making it possible to measure glass gob temperature.
The PyroCube may be installed with or without the PM030 touch screen interface.
Dimensions (mm): -G models
The PyroCube sensor may be ordered with or without the PM030 touch screen interface.
