Battery management systems
Regulators for battery charging and discharging. DC/DC converters provide isolation between input and output. Power ranges from 50 to 1000 W are available in standard brick sizes, with chassis or DIN rail mounting options. Applications include industrial vehicles, aerial work platforms and articulated lifts, forklift trucks, agricultural vehicles, and driverless transit vehicles.
Chassis-mounted DC/DC converters with power ranging from 250 W to 3,000 W are available for battery voltages of 12 V, 24 V, 28 V, 48 V and 400 V DC. The rugged, IP-rated construction is resilient to conditions on board the vehicle.
The wide range of high-efficiency Calex DC-DC converters suits applications in motor drive systems, process control, instrumentation, welding, laser cutting, automation and communications among many others. Chassis and DIN rail mounting types are available, with voltages from 5 to 57 V DC and output power from 3 W to 1 kW.
Calex's rugged DC/DC converters are ideal for the harsh conditions in railway applications, whether onboard or trackside. They are built to meet the relevant Railway Standard requirements of EN 50155 (2017). Traction batteries from 24 V to 110 V DC, as well as 12 V, are covered in the wide range of converters.
Power ranges from 50 to 1000 W are available, with a wide range of operating temperatures from -40 to 100°C and more than 95.5% efficiency.
